Directions: Shake your jar well before each use. Add 1.5 tbsp of herbs to boiling water, turn off heat, cover tightly, and infuse for 15–20 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Caution: May have additive effects when mixed with other sedatives, including alcohol. Discontinue perioperatively to not impact anesthesia. If pregnant or lactating, consult a doctor before using. Don’t use frequently if you have heart disease. Beware of allergies to plants of the Asteracaea family.

Ingredients: Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) leaves, Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) flowers, Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Linden (Tilia spp.) aerials, Marshmallow (Althea officinalis) root, and Rose (Rosa damascena) flowers.
